We recognise that every child is unique and has his or her own educational, emotional and social needs. The school works to meet those needs and develop the child’s full potential.
We encourage pupils to develop and express their own opinions. They have input into making school/class/playground rules and negotiate rewards and sanctions. They vote for pupils to represent them on the School Council.

Please drop off and pick up your child at your allotted time promptly and leave the school site. The staggered start has been introduced to minimise the number of parents on the playground.
Nursery: 8.45am - 3.30pm
Reception: 8.50am - 3pm (please wait in the Reception areas)
Year 1: 9.00am - 3.10pm
Year 2: 8.50am - 3pm
Please ensure that you keep your child at your side at all times whilst on school site.
If the School were to close for any unforeseen circumstance, we would endeavour to provide remote education. Parents will be contacted directly regarding virtual lessons. Links to the Oak Academy are on each year group's homework page.
